I'm delighted to recommend Santhosh - a great UX practitioner and a strong performer in pressurised situations who would be an asset to any team. Santhosh is a highly skilled Information Architect who was a key member of the team and always willing to work hard and go the extra mile. He designed a pilot multilingual Drupal web system for our Spain country site, then worked closely with me and a designer and technical staff on the Admin User Interface of our CMS to create an intuitive and easy to use system for editors. He participated with us in various business workshops, for example on our Exams business, and was pivotal in redesigning the global and local structure of their websites. He shared best practice on user personas and marketing profiles with colleagues. As you can see, a versatile and skilled professional who i am happy to recommend and sorry to lose.

Santhosh is a solid member of any team. Quiet and thoughtful, able to take ownership of a problem and run with it, even as a lone UX voice in a multi-disciplinary team. He acts on a senior level, able to define the needs of a project, and then set about implementing the solution methodically.

Santhosh came on board to lead the IA team managing the redesign of the user interface for an online Fleet Management system. Challenging functionality and leading the client through each phase of the project, he gained huge respect from his peers, our clients and above all myself as Head of Digital Production.
